About this Frame TV artwork
A botanical study of water lilies floating among broad leaves. The plant is placed off-centre with breathing room, which is what keeps close-up floral art from feeling cramped on a wide screen.
Watercolor gives it a lightness that suits bright rooms: thin layered washes, a little bloom in the wet areas and plenty of untouched paper. The medium is botanical watercolor.
It works well in a bedroom, where the muted tones and low Art Mode brightness keep the TV from glowing at night. For the most convincing result set Art Mode brightness two or three notches below the default and the colour tone to warm; the painted surface then looks matte rather than lit.
Format: 3840 × 2160 JPEG, 16:9, sRGB – ready to upload through the SmartThings app or a USB stick with no editing. Part of the 1,267-piece Frame TV art bundle.
