About this Frame TV artwork
A painting of elephant family crossing open grassland, handled like a naturalist's plate – attentive to the creature, restrained in the background – and composed for a 4K TV display.
It is deliberately spare – ink and wash, a few decisive lines and large areas of empty paper – which makes it one of the calmer pieces to leave on a TV all day. The medium is restrained ink illustration.
It pairs well with a warm-white matte on the Frame, which pulls the palette together and hides the panel edge. If the image looks too bright, the Frame's Art Mode settings let you lower brightness independently of TV mode; a small reduction goes a long way with this palette.
The file is delivered at 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD, 16:9) as an sRGB JPEG – the native resolution of every Samsung Frame from 43" to 85" and a format every 4K TV, Roku and Fire TV accepts. It is included in the 1,267-design Frame TV art bundle.
