Lavender field beside distant mountains

About this Frame TV artwork

A landscape of lavender field beside distant mountains, painted so the eye travels across the width of the screen rather than into a single point – which is what makes it feel like art rather than a photo on a Frame TV.

As a fine-art photograph it is toned and composed like a gallery print – soft natural light, muted colour, no HDR sharpening – so it does not look like a screensaver. The medium is fine-art natural photography.

It is a natural fit for a dining room or kitchen Frame, where a painted subject at eye level reads as a hung canvas. Because the subject stays inside the safe area, you can add any of the Frame's digital mattes without cropping anything important. It belongs to the summer rotation, when coastal light and open skies feel right on the wall.

The file is delivered at 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD, 16:9) as an sRGB JPEG – the native resolution of every Samsung Frame from 43" to 85" and a format every 4K TV, Roku and Fire TV accepts. It is included in the 1,267-design Frame TV art bundle.
