About this Frame TV artwork
Lunar New Year red lanterns and plum blossoms: a seasonal piece painted in a traditional style, without cartoon characters or lettering, so the Frame TV looks like it is showing a holiday painting rather than a card.
Drawn in the manner of an old plate engraving, all fine line and cross-hatching on toned paper, it passes for a framed antique from across the room. The medium is vintage-inspired festive print.
It suits a living-room Frame TV above a sofa, where the wide composition can be seen from across the room. Because the subject stays inside the safe area, you can add any of the Frame's digital mattes without cropping anything important. It is tagged for spring, when lighter palettes suit the brighter rooms of the season.
Supplied as a 3840 × 2160 sRGB JPEG, it needs no resizing or cropping for the Samsung Frame, and displays correctly on LG, Sony, TCL and Hisense art-mode TVs too. This design is one of 1,267 in the bundle.
